"Connect" at the Chamber
Chambers of Commerce have long been recognized as the most effective networking organizations in any community and our new Connections program will provide our Chamber members another way to tap into the power.
Connections is a special program that promotes business opportunities among Chamber members by:
Developing on-going relationships among members.
Creating awareness of other members' products and services
Utilizing the products and services of members
Generating and exchanging leads.
Each Connections meeting will have a set agenda that has been developed to facilitate networking opportunities. Time is set aside for both informal discussions among members as well as formal presentations given by members who have prepared a review of their company and its products or services.
Meetings are held on alternate Thursdays at 7:30 a.m. in the Chamber boardroom. Membership is restricted to Chamber members in good standing and is limited to one member for each of the Chamber's business categories. The annual membership fee is $50.
If you are interested in this program that guarantees networking exclusivity to your business, product or service, contact Leslie at the Chamber at 519-753-2617. Those who are the first to confirm and pay their membership fee will be accepted into the Connections program.
On the second Tuesday of each month, Chamber members gather at a local Chamber member's business to network, learn more about each other and the products and services that their host provides. Business After Hours is the perfect opportunity to network in a relaxed environment that encourages members to get to know each other better, and more importantly, how they can help grow their businesses. Whether you are hosting or attending, Business After Hours is one of the most effective and painless networking tools there is. Please contact Leslie at the Chamber to learn more.
The morning alternative to Business After Hours, this event is held from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. on the fourth Wednesday of the month. Please contact Leslie at the Chamber to learn more.
This event is similar to Business After Hours, but intended for Chamber members in the 45 and under age group. It is held 6-8 times throughout the year at a local restaurant or club, and is free to attend. Subscribe to our mailing list and Like Us on Facebook!
