Marketing, Partnership & Sponsorship Opportunities

Numerous opportunities exist for Chamber members to market their business through sponsorship or by partnering with the Chamber to present a Chamber event or seminar.

Below are several events that occur as a regular part of Chamber programming. Other events may also take place for which sponsorships are available. Join our mailing list to ensure you receive information as it becomes available.

Event: President's Event

Held: March 27, 2019
Description: Annual General Meeting. Honours the past president.
Benefits: Social Event. Networking opportunity.

Event: Business Excellence Awards Gala

Held: Late Spring
Attendance: 300 - 350
Description: Honouring individuals and businesses for outstanding achievements and contributions to our community
Benefits: Exposure in advertising and promotional material, acknowledgement in video presentation, recognition in pre-event flyers and online advertisements, acknowledgement in In Touch magazine, opportunity for your business to be showcased at the area’s premier business event of the year
Several sponsorship levels, beginning at $500.00. Sponsorship opportunities now closed for our 2019 event, taking place on May 16th.

Event: Women in Business

Events Held: Twice Annually
Description: Events designed to facilitate networking and professional development among women in business.
Benefits: Networking opportunity to promote your business with others.

Event: Annual Trade Show

Held: September
Description: Offered once a year to all Chamber members in Brantford-Brant.  Vendors must apply to participate. Event is open to the public at no charge.
Exhibitor space is available to Chamber members only.
Benefits: Low-cost networking opportunity and means of gaining public awareness about your business

Event: Seminars

Held: Various times throughout the year
Description: Educational opportunities that present relevant topics of interest to the business community.
Benefits: Opportunities to partner with other organizations in the community with common interests, networking, exposure in promotional materials and more.
Cost:  vary according to the costs associated with each seminar and expected attendance.
Various sponsorship opportunities are available such as sponsorship of the advertising, the venue, the meal, the guest speaker. Present us with your idea for a seminar!

Event: Annual Chamber Golf Tournament and Dinner

Held:  June
Description: Golf Tournament and dinner
Benefits: Promotion of your business to 144 participants.
Several sponsorship opportunities available including corporate event sponsorship, hole sponsorships, competition sponsorships, prize donations, etc.

Event: Mayors’ Luncheon & State of Communities Address

Held: September
Attendance: 175 – 225

Event: Financial Outlook Dinner

Held: late October
Sponsorship is exclusive and limited to the banking and investment community
Attendance: 125 - 150
Description: Senior Economist from the sponsoring financial institution delivers keynote address with an economic forecast for the upcoming year.
Benefits: Promote your company to other businesses in Brantford/Brant County. Company logo included on all promotional material. Excellent Media coverage, recognition at the event, speaking opportunities and more.

Event: Business After Hours

Held:  2nd Tuesday of each Month
Description: Business after Hours is a networking program that helps promote business in Brant County.
Benefits: Advertising of the event to all Chamber members through email notification and in our monthly magazine.
Opportunity to showcase your business. Opportunity to speak at the event to promote your business.
Networking Cost: $275.00 to host the event.  Host provides food & beverage for guests attending the event and a door prize valued at $25.00 or greater.
Event hosting is often booked several months to a year in advance. Contact the office for next available date or be placed on a waiting list.
